These policies apply to purchases and use of The Wonder Drop website, products, QR experiences, Wonder Note services, and Daily Drops subscriptions. The Wonder Drop is operated by Marketing Duo LLC. Questions may be sent to thewonderdrop@gmail.com.

These Terms and Conditions govern use of The Wonder Drop website and related products and services operated by Marketing Duo LLC. By accessing the website, placing an order, scanning or activating a QR experience, submitting Wonder Note content, or purchasing a Daily Drops subscription, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to make a purchase. You are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted with an order or account and for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and QR access under your control.

Products Orders and Pricing

Product appearance may vary slightly because of monitor settings, printing processes, materials, and production variation. We may correct errors, update descriptions or prices, limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders, or discontinue products. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the canceled amount. Applicable taxes and any charges for optional shipping services, if offered, are shown before payment.

Print on Demand Fulfillment

Many physical products are created after an order is submitted and fulfilled by third-party providers. Production and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Ownership and risk of loss transfer as provided by applicable law and the carrier’s delivery process.

Wonder Note Submissions

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Marketing Duo LLC and its service providers a limited, worldwide, nonexclusive license to host, reproduce, format, display, transmit, and otherwise use that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and support the purchased service.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit the content and that it does not violate another person’s privacy, intellectual property, publicity, or other rights. Do not submit unlawful, threatening, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or malicious content. We may reject or remove content that violates these terms or creates risk for users or the business.

QR Codes and Access

QR codes and linked experiences are intended for lawful personal use with the associated product or subscription. Anyone who possesses or scans a QR code may be able to access the linked experience. Keep private QR codes secure. Do not copy, resell, tamper with, scrape, reverse engineer, or use a QR experience to harm the service or another person.

Daily Drops Subscriptions

If you purchase a recurring Daily Drops subscription, the price, billing interval, included access, and any trial or introductory period will be disclosed before purchase. Unless canceled, the subscription renews automatically at the disclosed interval using the payment method on file. You may cancel future renewals through the account tools provided or by contacting thewonderdrop@gmail.com. Cancellation stops future renewal charges and generally does not create a refund for a billing period already started, except when required by law or expressly stated at purchase.

Complimentary or product-included access begins and ends according to the offer shown at purchase or activation. Missed daily content is not guaranteed to remain available. We may update the content library and service features while preserving the material value of an active paid plan.

Intellectual Property

The Wonder Drop name, branding, designs, website, Daily Drops, written content, graphics, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Marketing Duo LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for personal, noncommercial use of a purchased experience, no rights are granted without written permission.

Third Party Content and Links

Daily Drops or the website may feature or link to third-party content. A link or feature does not necessarily imply ownership or endorsement. Third-party content and services are governed by their own terms, and availability may change without notice.

Acceptable Use

• Do not interfere with website security, availability, or operation.
• Do not use automated systems to scrape, copy, or excessively access the service without permission.
• Do not impersonate another person, submit fraudulent orders, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
• Do not attempt to bypass access controls or misuse another customer’s QR code, account, or content.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and digital services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular emotional or personal outcome, or the continued availability of third-party content. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marketing Duo LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website, products, QR experiences, or services. Our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to that claim. These limitations apply only to the extent allowed by applicable law.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Marketing Duo LLC harmless from third-party claims arising from content you submit, your unlawful misuse of the services, or your violation of these terms or another person’s rights.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where consumer-protection law requires otherwise. Any dispute will be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction in Idaho unless applicable law provides another venue.

Changes and Contact
